Connecting on a Personal Level One Social Media Post at a Time

Here at Hexcode, we like to think we know a thing or two about social media. Showing our followers who we are and what we are about is the heart of our business. Making a connection with our audience by either personal or business interests is a great way to grow our social following organically.

After all, our business is run by real people so why not show that?

Social Media is Part of a Business Strategy

Social media is one of the easiest, most cost-effective ways for a business to build their brand, advertise and generate leads. It’s also great because it allows your business to be personal and develop a level of trust with your consumer like never before. Social media allows you to make connections and grow your reach, using valuable content by getting people engaged and interacting. But remember, you get out what you put in!

We love to showcase our brand while establishing an online community. Our immediate response is also extremely important as it humanizes our brand in the customer’s eyes and gives that personal touch people are looking for.

Social Media is a Balancing Act

It’s not all fun and personality though. We do still post a good balance between promotion and helpful content. Sure, it is hard to post regularly and always have something witty or beneficial to say, but we try to keep it consistent and up-to-date ensuring followers come back to engage with our content and know we are still working hard to stay on top of what’s happening in the marketing industry. This also ensure we’re building that credibility that we can do what we say we can.

It’s important to remember the decision-making process is happening online and often now buying decisions are based on the recommendations of friends, especially through social networks. Now is the time to start investing some time and thought into your social media! If you’re wondering where you should start or need help with a plan, reach out!
